According to the Morning Call, KMRD has filed a appeal of the Zoning Hearing Board(ZHB) decision to the Court of Common Pleas. The appeal list 76 points where KMRD claims the ZHB erred in it's decision.
It is clear the township intends to continue the legal battle. I know the citizens of our community will support the township decision to continue the legal fight.
