At the last BoS meeting, the board was given a quick update on the Weis market development plan.
The township and the Weis corporation are exchanging the final legal paperwork. The latest round of permits have been issued, so we are hoping construction can start this summer.

Everybody get ready for mass traffic delays and congestion when this one starts! As was revealed in the hearings and challenges, once built, traffic will increase 10,000%. The damaging impact will be bad, but will be nothing compared once the real estate market recovers and housing boom 2.0 returns to this area.
