Last night, the Northampton County Council appointed Democratic Bangor Mayor Joe Capozzolo to fill the council vacancy. The good news is the County Council appointed a new member. So, here is the question. Can the new council member effectively serve the citizens of Bangor and the citizens Northampton County Council at the same time? Let me know your thoughts?

It's legal but it's bad practice.
Joe Capozzolo was the perfect choice. He has brought an air of bipartisanship and class, to a dysfunctional group. It wasnt clear at first, but all in the know, can see now.
